bill fawcett's convert.

This is Bill Fawcett's Caspian blue convertible, with white top and interior - a rare combination.  Bill, and the car, live in Port Franks, Ontario.  Bill has owned this since the early 80's.  An absolutely gorgeous color, just like John Bowman's Hardtop.

Thanks to Steve Town for the picture.  Steve wrote:

The '65 T-Bird in the picture attached has been owned by Bill Fawcett of Port Franks, Ontario, Canada since the early '80's. It is Caspian Blue with a white top and interior. Bill has done all the work on the car since purchasing it and maintains it and the convertible top mechanism personally. I was so impressed by the car that I had a professional photographer photograph the car in front of a local landsite and presented the enlarged, framed portrait to Bill and his wife Cathy. This car in this colour combination is distinctive and unique. I've seen Caspian Blue convertibles with matching blue interior BUT the white is a stunning contrast. I guess that I've liked this combination so well that it motivated me to locate a ' 66 town Landau in the same colour combination and it's my intention to restore the car.
John, my wife and I now own a '66 Thunderbird convertible which the restoration is our 1st order of business and the maybe just the Town Landau to follow.
