John Bowman's Caspian Blue Hardtop

This is my 1965 Hardtop. I got it in September 2000. It came to me in great condition, but I did have the door panels and dash painted because they were faded and didn't look too good against the new seat covers. I also had the driver's seat re-mounted to add six extra inches of legroom. I realize I won't score any points for this, but I love it. I've got loads of legroom and can actually rest my arm on the armrest. Oh, yeah, I've pretty much lost the backseat because of this modification, but if I move the seat forward, it doesn't look too out of place. I really don't plan any more cosmetic work on this, so until something breaks, I'm done!  (Famous last words)

Special Thanks to Lou (a Flairbird List member) who did a terrific job with the interior work and took care of several mechanical problems.
